User Data Deletion Policy

Our Commitment

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you have used our application and wish to have your data deleted, you may request deletion at any time by following the process below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Send an email to support@redbrickcrm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Step 2: In the email, please provide the email address you used to register in our application so that we can identify your data in our systems.

Step 3: Once we receive your request, we will delete your associated data from our systems within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

• Any personal information you have shared with our application

• Any records associated with your account in our CRM system

• Customer and lead data you've stored in the platform

• Integration data from Facebook Lead Ads, Google, and WhatsApp

• Usage logs and analytics data associated with your account

Exceptions

We may retain data only if it is legally required (for example, for fraud prevention or regulatory obligations).

Third-Party Integration Data

Facebook Lead Data

If your data was collected through Facebook Lead Ads:

• We will delete all lead information we received from Facebook

• This includes contact details, form responses, and any derived data

• The deletion complies with Facebook's Platform Data Policy

Google Services Data

For Google-connected data:

• We will delete all Google Calendar events and data we accessed

• Your Google profile information will be removed from our systems

• Any imported contacts or calendar data will be deleted

WhatsApp Data

For WhatsApp integration data:

• All WhatsApp message history will be deleted

• Contact information from WhatsApp will be removed

• Integration settings and permissions will be cleared

How to Revoke Third-Party Access

In addition to requesting data deletion, you can revoke our access to your third-party accounts:

Google Account Access

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions

2. Find "RedBrick CRM" in the list of connected apps

3. Click "Remove Access" to revoke permissions

Facebook Business Account Access

1. Go to Facebook Business Settings → Data Sources → Datasets

2. Find the connection to RedBrick CRM

3. Remove the connection to stop data sharing

4. You can also visit Facebook App Settings to remove app access

WhatsApp Business API Access

1. Contact your WhatsApp Business API provider

2. Request removal of RedBrick CRM webhook connections

3. Or disconnect the integration from your RedBrick CRM settings

Note: Revoking access will stop future data collection but won't delete data already stored in our systems. You'll still need to request data deletion separately.
